The most noticeable component is the L-shaped bracket designed for chassis fan mounting. Usually, mounting a system monitor inside a PC case requires the hassle of double-sided tape or custom 3D-printed brackets, but this bracket allows you to assemble it immediately without extra materials. The mounting holes are generously slotted to flexibly adjust positions according to case cooler standards, ensuring high installation compatibility.
Exterior and Design
The front features a 9.2-inch IPS panel supporting a 1920 × 462 resolution. It has a slightly wider aspect ratio than the common 8.8-inch (1920 × 480) models on the market, giving it a sleek visual impression. Hands-On Impressions
My desk always feels cramped with too many items. After pondering for a while because there was no proper spot for an additional display, I turned my attention to the inside of the PC case, which floats above the desk. Using the included L-shaped bracket to secure it to the internal cooling fan screw holes (compatible with 120mm and 140mm standards), I am extremely satisfied with how it integrates seamlessly without taking up desk space.
It also offers major advantages in cable management. You don’t need to route thick HDMI cables outside the case; connecting it directly to the USB 2.0 9-pin header at the bottom of the motherboard elevates the build’s cleanliness. When running heavy workloads, it is great for displaying real-time hardware temperatures and utilization rates without obscuring your main monitor screen.
Going beyond just displaying themes, it can also be used as a regular secondary monitor that extends the screen in Windows display settings, making it highly versatile. The advantages of the IPS panel—minimal color distortion even when looking up at an angle from your chair—are clearly felt during actual use.
However, software fragmentation is disappointing. I currently use the MiraBox Stream Deck as well, but the software is not integrated between devices. Ultimately, having to keep two separate dedicated programs running to manage stream-related gear and screen-related gear feels cumbersome in daily use.
